They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were initially disappointed with our room, but the front desk staff quickly upgraded us to a room with a amazing ocean view. We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area and within walking distance to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed strolling along the beginning of the beach promenade, taking in the stunning views. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any request. The service was impeccable, from the room service to the car hire. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring our room was spotless and tidy every day.
